We finished milestones 1 and 2, which means that we have the wireframes ready for the platform.
Launching a project of this magnitude can be a daunting endeavor. It’s all too easy to slip into the comfort zone of the tried-and-true approach – creating a fully finalized product without certainty that it will hit the mark. Not only does this strategy carry high risks, but it also demands substantial resources. We find ourselves in a bit of a hiccup. The support we were counting on from our internal champions has taken a bit of a backseat, causing a few delays.
But here’s the plot twist – we are not letting these challenges slow us further down. We are taking this opportunity to deconstruct the entire process and ensure that we finish 2023 with a bang (and loads of valuable insights)! 💥🔍
Launching a product without validating our assumptions is simply not an option. Before we dive headfirst into a full-scale launch, we are committed to rigorously testing our hypotheses before developing an MVP. Just this week, we had a great session with the brilliant minds at WhatIf?! Innovation. We are crafting a test strategy, aiming to conduct 5-10 experiments before the year draws to a close.
These experiments will cover a wide array of critical elements, including acquisition channels, communication materials, content themes, target demographics, testing markets, and the usability of our donation platform. So, fasten your seatbelts because we are about to be in full-blown testing mode, and we cannot wait to share the exciting results of our experiments with you! Stay tuned for more thrilling updates! 📊🚀
“We shouldn’t care about young people because ‘they’re the future’. Young people want to help, and they’re ready now. Goodify is a solution for young audiences to give monthly donations, designed and presented to them as a ‘subscription’, in ways that make sense for their lifestyle and the things they care about.” – Goodify team
